Brian Lee is an associate in the Hong Kong office of Conyers Dill & Pearman. Brian joined Conyers in 2009.

Brian’s practice includes all aspects of corporate and commercial law with specialist experience in corporate finance and corporate restructuring matters, such as fund raising transactions for venture and private equity investments, mezzanine and pre-IPO financing, initial public offers of shares in BVI, Cayman and Bermuda companies on global stock exchanges such as Hong Kong, Nasdaq, NYSE and London, note and bond issuances of listed and unlisted entities, mergers and acquisitions, takeovers and privatizations, company reorganizations, continuations, discontinuations and capital reduction exercises. Brian advises investment banks, private equity houses, venture capitalists, public and private companies on multi-jurisdictional aspects of their transactions.

Brian has had previous experience as (i) an investment banker and (ii) a venture capitalist focusing on China-related investments.
