Bernadette’s practice focuses on contentious trust disputes arising in the course of trust administration, succession planning and trust structuring. Bernadette advises trustees, beneficiaries, settlors and protectors, located both on and offshore, on a variety of issues including breach of trust actions. Bernadette has wider litigation experience in general dispute resolution work and also advises on multi-jurisdictional insolvency and commercial disputes.
