Barbara Padega is Head of Knowledge Management in the Cayman Islands office of Conyers Dill & Pearman. Barbara joined Conyers in 2001.

Barbara is responsible for developing and maintaining the firm’s vast collection of precedent documents, policies and procedures. Barbara provides a broad range of services to Conyers, including offering practice advice, guidance, research and support to the firm's lawyers around the world. Barbara is the author of a large number of publications, a frequent lecturer and is the author of the Bermuda and Cayman Islands chapters of “The International Guide to Money Laundering Laws and Practice”. Barbara is regularly consulted on policy development and the drafting of legislation for the government of Bermuda, and is also regularly invited to speak at CLE seminars and conferences.
