Audrey M. Robertson is an associate in the corporate department of Conyers Dill & Pearman in the British Virgin Islands. Audrey joined Conyers in 2005.

Audrey’s practice covers all aspects of corporate and finance law and hedge funds. She has extensive experience in joint ventures, mergers and multi- jurisdictional financing transactions. Audrey specialises in hedge fund formation, advice and regulation. Since the end of 2008, Audrey has been advising several British Virgin Islands hedge funds which were victims of the fraud perpetrated by Bernard L. Madoff. Audrey advises leading financial institutions, corporates, and investment managers.
