Anne Freeman is an associate in the corporate department in the Bermuda office of Conyers Dill & Pearman. Anne joined Conyers in 2007.

Anne's practice includes all areas of corporate law with a particular emphasis on general finance, loan restructuring, asset finance structuring and aviation. Anne advises lenders, international credit agencies, aircraft operators and professional aircraft lessors in regards to the cross border and multi-jurisdictional aspects of their transactions.

Anne is the co-author of the Bermuda chapter of “Aircraft Finance, Registration, Security and Enforcement” (published by Sweet & Maxwell) in addition to articles regarding the use of Bermuda special purpose vehicles in the ownership and financing of commercial aviation assets with multi jurisdictional operations.
